Stuff I Found...

...while looking through this years' sketchbook.

(I have a show in about a week--thus the light posting.)

There's a page of notes on the Gigastructure...
And here's...mmm...I think I was writing an adventure and trying to mark off every monster I'd already used...
Here's some pics of something I'm working on for the show...

that's a little bit of it (8x10")--it just keeps going...

I actually have the parts that go where that fucking wall lamp is, but I'm too tired to move the whole piece to a new wall right now.

Total side-note, in a dream I had the other day you & the girls & Beefeater had moved into the neighborhood where I grew up. It was just a snake-hand of the dream, but I saw you mowing the lawn.

These mega wall pieces, are they improvised as you go along, or do you work from a plan? I apologise if that's a stupid question.

@kelvin
little of both

Fantastic. I've always dreamed of doing something on that scale but could never really get it together. Great stuff man and congrats on the show.

That's a great piece. Congrats!

I think your 'slime' picture is better than the mural.

Obviously that's a lie (obvious on account of how rockin the wall-piece is), but it's a great slime.

Is that a cheetah (female) in the corner? Why did you specify its gender I wonder....

These pieces would make for a great published or print-to-order sketchbook sort of thing. Have you don't anything like that? I know I'd order one.

@TrentB
I tend to think of a Cheetah WOman as being a different sort of thing than a Cheetah man, poetically speaking.

@emon
I got a few books in stores, check amazon.

I'm sure it says something about me that when I saw the Ogre sketch I thought "Is he playing guitar hero?" I just what that is, given that I don't play guitar hero. Maybe I need to see the commercials and ads less?

Best of luck, man.

That wall is pretty badass. What do the dimensions of the mural come out to be? Thats something I'd have to hire out or they'd all just crooked lines and stick figures~

Very nice!
Good luck with the show!

Also, the "every monster" reminds me of this:
